We've evolved our flagship farmhouse ale Trillium to an approachable stainless fermented wild ale fermented with our native New England wild culture. Trillium features Valley Danko Rye, Flaked Wheat, and Pilsner Malt and has a bright lemony citrus aroma as well as notes of dried grass and cider. The palate begins bright and tart and ends dry with subtle flavors of peach, and wet hay funk.
