There are currently two ways to purchase Trillium Beer, both require ordering online in advance:
1. Curbside Pickup at Trillium Canton.
2. Delivery to your Doorstep.
Trillium Fenway and Fort Point are temporarily closed to the public and Trillium Canton is fulfilling zero-contact Curbside Pickup orders only. Please read the information listed on this page, including the FAQs at the bottom, prior to ordering.
Zero-Contact Curbside Pickup
We are currently servicing online orders for zero-contact Curbside Pickup at Trillium Canton Tue - Sat from 12 PM - 6 PM.
Online ordering opens at 9 AM and closes at 5:30 PM each day. Your order will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes (earliest pickup time is 12 PM daily). There are no order minimums for Curbside Pickup and all beers must be ordered by the quantity listed on the site. We cannot accommodate single can quantities at this time.
How does the Curbside Pickup process work?
1. All orders must be placed online at least 30 minutes in advance.
2. Arrive at Trillium Canton where a member of our staff will greet you at the entrance to our parking lot. They will direct you to one of the pickup stations in the lot.
3. The station attendant will verify your ID, locate your order through the last name or order number and retrieve your order. Please remain inside the vehicle while the attendant is getting the order.
4. Please wait for the attendant to leave the table before exiting the vehicle and placing it in your car.

Delivery To Your Doorstep
We currently deliver to doorsteps in the Greater Boston region Tue - Sat, each week. Our delivery area rotates daily and is subject to change with demand. A current, interactive map of this week’s delivery ranges can be viewed here.
We accept online delivery orders Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 3 PM, or until our daily order capacity has been reached. IMPORTANT: Delivery orders must be placed online, one day prior to our stated delivery day. (i.e. if we’re delivering to your region on Friday, you must place your online order between 9 AM - 3 PM on Thursday).
We currently have a 1 case delivery minimum (6, 4-packs). Beers must be ordered in case quantities. In order to maintain an option for variety, we offer options for pre-mixed cases. In order to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, we currently cannot accommodate ordering by the single 4-pack.
Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the order.

When can I place my pickup order?
You can place your online pickup order, Tue - Sat from 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Our operations are closed on Sunday.
Where do I pickup my order?
Zero-Contact Curbside Pickups take place ONLY at Trillium Canton. When you arrive, a Trillium staff member will greet you at the entrance to our parking lot, view your ID (please display through a closed car window), and take your order number. Your beer will be brought out to your car shortly after.
When will my pickup order be ready?
Pickups take place Tue - Sat from 12 PM - 6 PM. Your order will be ready 30 minutes after the online order is placed.
Do I have to place an order online or can I just pick out my cans and bottles when I arrive?
All pickup orders must be placed ONLINE, IN ADVANCE. We cannot accommodate any orders not placed prior to your arrival.
Can my friend pickup my order?
No - all online pickup orders must match the valid ID of the person picking up the order.
What if I don’t pickup my order by the end of the day?
Your order will then be cancelled, restocked, and refunded without penalty. We kindly ask that you do not abuse this service as a means of “holding” beer.
Can I order for pickup at Fort Point or Fenway?
No - both Fort Point and Fenway are closed for the time being. Pickups currently take place only at Trillium Canton.
Can I still order at the retail counter?
No - for the safety of our guests and our staff, we can no longer allow any guests inside our taproom or retail space.
Can I order single cans? Bottles?
At this time, our order interval for canned beer is by the 4-pack. Bottles may be purchased individually.
How do I pickup my Seventh Anniversary package?
Just pull up and notify the staff member greeting you at the entrance that you are here to pickup your anniversary VIP package. They will direct you to one of the pickup stations in the parking lot. Notify the station attendant of your name and hold up your ticket number so they can locate and retrieve your package. Please wait for the attendant to place the package on the table and walk away before you exit the car.
What is your delivery range?

When can I place my delivery order?
Delivery orders can be placed online Mon - Fri between the hours of 9 AM - 3 PM, or until we've reached our daily order capacity. Delivery orders must be placed one day prior to our published delivery day. (i.e. if we’re delivering to your neighborhood on Friday, you must place your online delivery order between 9 AM - 3 PM on Thursday). To view the current weeks’ delivery range, click here.
When will my delivery order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered between 8 AM - 5 PM, on your delivery day. At this time, we cannot provide delivery windows. Someone over the age of 21 with a valid ID must be present to accept the order. IDs can be shown through a window of your home to ensure zero-contact delivery.
Can I order delivery multiple days in advance?
No. At this time, delivery orders may only be placed between 9 AM - 3 PM on the day prior to your delivery range’s servicing date.

What if I’m not home, or someone over 21 is not present at the time of delivery?
We cannot deliver your beer without someone of legal drinking age present to sign for the delivery. If no one is home, we will make one additional delivery attempt on a future date free of charge. If the delivery is missed a second time, your order will be refunded minus a $25 per case surcharge.
Can I order single cans?
At this time, no.
What beers are available for delivery?
Delivery availability varies due to fluctuations in our inventory. Not all brands will be available at all times. To view current availability, click here.
Is the beer delivered cold?
The cans leave our cold room each morning and head out on delivery trucks. By the time it gets to you, it will most certainly still be cold to very cool depending on where you fall on the given route. We store bottles at room temperature and they will arrive to you as such.
I live less than a mile from the edge of your current delivery range, can you make an exception?
At this time, no. We are continually shifting delivery ranges to accommodate as many people as possible. If you don’t see your address currently included, check back soon!
Can you deliver to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or any other nearby state?
We legally cannot deliver outside of Massachusetts.

Can you ship beer out of state?
Unfortunately no. Current law prohibits us from shipping beer out of state.
