Double Dry Hopped The Publick House
If you've spent any significant amount of time in Boston, you likely have a PHouse story. The Brookline beer bar and restaurant has been a staple in the city's craft beer and food scene for nearly two decades.
Opened on 7/11/2002, every square inch of the establishment is teeming with character, from the abundance of European and US Craft memorabilia adorning the walls to the ornate chairs and light fixtures. We've spent countless nights tucked away into one of The Publick House's cozy nooks, enjoying the dimly-lit, bustling atmosphere reminiscent of Europe's greatest beer cafes.
Brewed in appreciation for this craft beer mecca, DDH The Publick House presents a gorgeous canary shade of yellow, with a soft haze. The duo of Citra and Centennial join forces to conjure aromas of mango nectar, fresh-squeezed OJ, and a well-rounded, cantaloupe character. A subtle bready malt character, light lemon, and grapefruit pith reveal themselves in a creamy, well-balanced finish.
