Belgian Blonde with Sauvignon Blanc
Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. The names are sequential, reflecting the brewing year in Trillium's lifespan, followed by a recipe indicator. Permutation 6.24 takes lessons learned from Permutation 6.10 and offers an even more drinkable and crisp rendition of this beer/wine hybrid. Adding Sauvignon Blanc grape must post-fermentation allows for expressive white wine notes to intertwine with a bouquet of Belgian yeast-derived esters.
Aromas of fresh-cracked coriander, warm clove, white pepper, and concord grape play supportive roles on the palate. Finishing dry, with prickly carbonation, Permutation 6.24 is an incredibly complex session offering.
