Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Coming from our Fort Point location, Permutation 6.06 was brewed with oats to create a smeasy drinking base and then dry hopped with some of our favorite varieties, Mosaic and Citra. Pouring a hazy golden yellow with a pillowy white head, Permutation 6.04 lifts dank and inviting aromas of fresh citrus, crushed berries, and ripe pineapple slices. The palate follows unfolding waves of bright lime, orange pith, and tropical mango. Light bodied with a soft mouthfeel, rounded grassy bite, and refreshing finish, Permutation 6.04’s sessionable ABV makes it easy to share for a few rounds with friends.
