Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Permutation 6.28 shines a light on our agricultural partners here in Massachusetts. A New England Pilsner brewed in Fort Point with pilsner malt from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA and hopped with Crystal from Northfield, MA's Four Star Farms, we're celebrating harvest season with a crisp and refreshing lager. Pouring a brilliant light straw color, aromas of biscuit, fresh-baked cornbread, and dried hay wash over the palate. Gently sweet and subtly bitter, this medium-bodied Pilsner is a joy to drink.
MALT: Valley Pilsner, Acidulated Malt
HOPS: Four Star Farms Crystal
