Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Coming from our Canton location, Permutation 6.36 is a refreshing corn lager brewed on our pilot system. Pouring a crystal light straw color with a creamy white head, Permutation 6.36 has a clean lagering fermentation profile offering pleasing aromas of freshly baked white bread, cornbread, and soft biscuit. These flavors flavors extend right through to the palate providing a delicate sweetness while a gentile floral hop bite creates a crisp balance. Light-to-medium bodied with a clean and quenching finish, Permutation 6.36 honors the agricultural heritage of New England in a sessionable and easy drinking package.
