Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Permutation #64 was split into "Alpha", "Bravo" and "Charlie" batches and each was fermented with a different yeast. This process is part of our ongoing focus on lagers - as we build our repertoire, we're tightening our focus to fine-tune the subtleties and details of the pilsner style. We invite you to join us on this journey by tasting all three iterations side by side.
Heavy malt aromas of mixed whole grains toasted flatbreads catch the nose of Bravo and are underpinned by a clean, fresh lager profile of flour-dusted-bread-crust. These aromas follow on the palate and carry right through to the finish. Offers a fuller, rounded body with a delicate, even balance of malt sweetness and hop bite.
MALT: Pilsner Malt, Carahell, Melanoidin, Acidulated Malt
