Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Brewed at our Fort Point location, Permutation 80 marks the another entry of our deeper exploration into the unique and innovative hops being cultivated in the Southern Hemisphere. For this batch, we focussed on New Zealand origin Nelson Sauvin.
Pouring a hazy golden straw, Permutation 80 delivers a nose bursting with aromas of pressed white grape juice, ripe mango slices and fresh cut grass. Refreshing, bright flavors of crushed gooseberry, lemon-lime zest, and light passion fruit lead the palate balanced by a clean bitterness. Permutation 80 has a medium to light body with a rounded mouthfeel and dry finish.
