We've evolved our flagship farmhouse ale, Trillium, into an approachable stainless fermented wild ale featuring our native New England wild culture. Trillium is made with Valley Danko Rye, Flaked Wheat, and Pilsner Malt and has a bright lemony citrus aroma as well as notes of dried grass and cider. The palate begins bright and tart and ends dry with subtle flavors of peach, and wet hay funk.
