This version of Broken Angel is fermented with our native New England mixed culture and aged in oak foeders. The aroma is reminiscent of oaky chardonnay, with notes of white grape, black peppercorns, and subtle vanilla. The flavor is moderately tart with slight coconut and citrus funk characteristics. Light in body with a dry finish. A delicious oaky wild ale that's super drinkable.
